Job Description
Role Summary
HealthAsyst is a leading technology company based out of Bangalore India focusing on the US healthcare market with a product and services portfolio. The IT Services division works with leading ISVs, Medical Clearing Houses, Payment Solution Providers and Medical Device Manufacturers to overcome their challenges in product engineering, maintenance, quality assurance, mobile application development and integration. The product division of HealthAsyst partners with leading EHR, PMS and RIS vendors to provide cutting-edge SaaS patient engagement solutions to provider groups in the US market.
This is an entry level role in the marketing team where, after an initial training, the candidate will be exposed to different roles in marketing including, but not limited to, social media, email campaigns, webinars, lead generation, events, market and competitive research, market segmenting, targeting and positioning, crafting the product value proposition, employer branding, creation of marketing content such as videos and PowerPoint presentation etc
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation
· Marketing campaign strategy, planning, and execution to generate qualified leads
· Execution of online and offline campaigns to achieve objectives
· Competition and industry research to inform product targeting, positioning, and messaging
· Strategizing, planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns, and digital marketing campaigns
Tools
· Gain a good understanding of the tools used by the marketing team for CRM, Email Campaign, Webinar etc. and assist in day to day management
Social Media Strategy and Execution
· Develop a deep understanding of social media strategy to achieve various objectives such as awareness building, branding etc.; develop an impactful social media plan and execute consistently
· Analyze channel performance and optimize
Event Management
· Plan, execute and organize company’s participation in online and offline events such as webinars, tradeshows, conferences
Story-telling
· Work with marketing agencies, multi-media designers to develop impactful, story-telling videos, designs, landing pages etc.
· Be a master of developing and delivering story-telling presentations
